“Spring Already?”
The fashion industry always moves faster than the seasons and already the top designers
are unveiling their spring collections. Now that is just simply unfair, seeing as though you
are still trying to push yourself away from the holiday table. You can cash in on the spring
trends and still be warmly dressed for the winter. The answer you ask…..LAYERS! Take the
latest and hottest, the tomboy trend – men’s tuxedo style white shirt, can easily be dressed
up, down, for fall & winter and for spring.
Try these two looks and turn your spring into winter:
You’re so 007 – Who said that you can’t be as smooth, debonair and chic as James
Bond? Partner your tuxedo style white shirt with a fitted blazer, try rich colors like maroon,
dark blue, or even black. Be a glamour girl and dress up the look with deep hued bangles
and studded earrings. Finish the look with dress trousers and a printed stiletto.
Go Cargo – Take that same shirt and turn it into the perfect casually hip outfit. Pair your
white shirt with a cargo style jacket. Don’t be so formal, un-tuck you shirt and throw on a hip
hugging belt. Finish the look with bohemian accessories a neutral colored, relax khakis and
of course my favorite sneakers, Chuck Taylors.
